Refunds, Exchanges and Shipping information

Exchanges:

Items can only be replace if they are damaged upon arrival. Exchanges will be replaced with the same item originally ordered or an item at the same price. Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your  damaged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your damaged item. If you are approved, then your new order will be processed within 48 hours. 


Shipping:

All shipments are shipped by USPS First Class Mail and should be delivered within 3-4 business days once shipped. Shipping cost are non-refundable, if you receive a refund the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Please allow 24-48 hours processing times for orders.


Lost Shipments:

If you have tracked your order and there seems to be a discrepancy or it has been lost in transit please contact customer service immediately. We will contact USPS right away to have them file a claim and start an investigation.
